Old London Bridge - Montague Place

Opened 1831.

Inscription reads:
This stone is a remnant of the London Bridge designed by Sir John Rennie. The bridge spanned the river from 1831 to 1967 it was then
sold to Robert P. McCulloch an American entrepreneur and today can be found in Arizona U.S.A..
There is a story (probably apocryphal) that McCulloch thought he had bought Tower Bridge.
