World War II Air Raid
Air raid on the night of 14th October 1940.
The original circular plaque was removed when it was discovered that the number of casualties was incorrect.
The middle plaque was in place until Transport for London redesigned their style of commemorative plaques and replaced it with the current one on 14th October 2016.
